Where are you located?Our campus is located on the West End of Charlotte, NC, within the 5 Points neighborhood, at the following address: 2821 Rozzelles Ferry Rd.

What days/hours is your venue open?The Jam Shak is open from 6pm-12am on Thursday-Saturday and 6pm-10pm on Sunday. Eli's Little House is open from 6pm-12am on Thursday-Saturday. The Vinyl Hub and The Landing are currently open on a per-event basis.

Are food and drinks available during concerts?Yes, both food and drinks are available for purchase before and during all shows.

Can I rent the space for an event?Yes, each of our spaces as well as the campus, as a whole, are available for event rentals. Please reach out to us via our contact form for more information.
